Here’s a list of my favorite books and other resources on quantum technology, startups, and women in tech:

Non-academic Quantum Books:

Schrodinger’s Killer App by Dowling

Quantum Physics for Poets by Lederman

Quantum Textbooks:

Introduction to Quantum Mechanics by David Griffiths

The basic undergraduate first level course on quantum mechanics. I used this in my Quantum Mechanics course in second/third year of undergraduate, after a solid background in Calculus 2 and matrix math. There’s good fundamentals on quantum mechanical concepts, the Schrodinger equation, and math as applied to quantum mechanics.

Quantum Computer Science by N. David Mermin

Quantum Information and Quantum Computation by Nielsen and Chuang

Graduate level text on quantum information. Assumes familiarity with quantum mechanics at an undergraduate level and higher level math skills
